Human Resources job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR & Admin Assistant to provide administrative support to our busy team. The Assistant will support recruitment processes, employee onboarding, maintain employee records, and handle day-to-day HR inquiries, as well as providing other administrative support.
Qualifications
- A related educational background and experience is required.
- You need to be well organized and familiar with relevant policies, practices and systems.
- You will be comfortable with information technology.
- Your written and spoken English must be excellent and good Kiswahili is a distinct advantage.
- You must be able to deal with colleagues and members of the public in a professional and pleasant way that creates a good impression of the organization.
